For advanced group (Level 1)
WOD
Dead Lift 135/ 95 lbs
1st min 1 dead lift
2nd min 2 dead lifts
3rd min 3 dead lifts
so on until you can not preform the number of reps in the time required . You rest only as long as the amount of time remaining in that min.
