Daily Warm up plus
2 rounds of
-30 jumping jacks
-20 air squats

WOD:
5 rounds of
-30 double unders or 100 single jump ropes
-15 "V" ups
-200 meter run

*as of right now there should be a coach available for fri classes. If there are any changes I will post it here and on our facebook.
